The two separate bathrooms were awesome.Uunique alarm clock called THE SUN- every day we awoke to an amazing sunrise over the Ocean. Close to everything from the Kennedy Space Center and grocery stores to restaurants and bars. Saw a rocket launch from the deck at night and it was amazing. Can’t wait to get back."

"the kids loved being on the beach and catching crabs. Every night they would beg to go down to the beach. The master bed was super comfortable and it was convenient having 2 full baths with all the kids. Definitely enjoyed this over being at a hotel or resort. If you plan on staying for a longer period of time I'd pack a few extra rolls of TP and some extra garbage bags. 10/10 would recommend."

Is Cocomo a hotel or a private rental?

Cocomo is a privately owned, single condo, not a hotel or resort. It’s our personal beach retreat, and we make it available to guests when we’re not using it ourselves.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit. We understand life happens, so reach out if your situation is unique.

Is the beach private?

While the beach is public by law, this stretch feels almost private and is far less crowded than nearby public beach access points.

What are the sleeping arrangements?

The condo includes two bedrooms with comfortable beds. Specific bed details are listed in the amenities section.

Is Cocomo good for remote work?

Yes. The condo has fast, reliable WiFi and a peaceful setting that works well for remote work between beach breaks.

Does the kitchen have full appliances?

Yes. The kitchen is fully equipped with standard appliances and cookware for everyday meals.

Is parking included?

Yes, basic beach gear is available for guest use. Details may vary, so please check the amenities list.

Are linens and towels provided?

Yes, we provide linens and towels; however, we do not provide beach towels. You'll have to bring those with ya!

Is smoking allowed?

No. The condo is a non-smoking space.

How does availability work if this is a second home?

We block off dates only when we know for sure we’ll be using the condo ourselves. If dates appear open, they’re generally available for booking.

What is the check-in process?

Check-in details are shared prior to arrival, with simple and secure access for guests.

Is the condo quiet?

Yes. Cocomo is located in a residential building away from crowded tourist areas, making it ideal for a relaxed, peaceful stay.

Is there a minimum stay?

We require a minimum of three nights for most bookings. During peak season, longer minimums may apply. Contact us directly for specific dates and exceptions.

Is the condo directly on the beach?

Yes. Cocomo is oceanfront with direct access to a quiet, residential stretch of sand just steps from the building.

Are their elevators?

No. Please note that there are no elevators. This is a small, six-unit building with two units facing the parking lot and four units facing the ocean, one of which is ours. Our oceanfront unit is accessed by two flights of stairs, so guests should be comfortable climbing stairs during their stay.

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed in the condo.

How many guests can the condo accommodate?

The condo has two bedrooms and comfortably accommodates couples, families, or small groups.

Is the condo family-friendly?

Yes. Cocomo is well suited for families, with a calm environment, easy beach access, and plenty of space to relax.

Is there air conditioning?

Yes, the condo is fully air-conditioned.

What amenities are included?

Can I host events or parties?

Cocomo Condo is designed for peaceful retreats. Large gatherings and events are not permitted. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.

How close is Cocomo to restaurants and shops?

Cocomo is walkable to some local restaurants, and Cocoa Beach favorites. It's about a 5-8 min drive to downtown Cocoa Beach.

Why does the calendar sometimes look very open?

We often decide on personal visits last minute, so we don’t block dates far in advance unless plans are confirmed.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is after 4pm and Check-out is by 10am.

What makes Cocomo special compared to other rentals?

The views, the quiet beach, and the fact that it’s a well-loved personal retreat. It’s relaxed, authentic, and designed for slowing down.

Is there a deposit required?

Yes, a deposit of 25 percent of the total booking cost is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due 14 days before arrival.
